Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are held for you specifically. We ask for twenty-four hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and non-attendance may be charged at fifty per cent of the booked treatment.

Consultation fees

The consultation fee is payable at the time of booking and is adjusted against your first treatment if you proceed. Where we recommend against treatment, nothing further is charged.

Treatment plans and pricing

Prices quoted in your written plan are fixed for ninety days. If a course requires fewer sessions than quoted, you pay for fewer. If it requires more, we will discuss it before proceeding — never afterwards.

Outcomes

Aesthetic and medical treatments carry inherent variability. We will tell you what is realistic before you begin, and we will tell you when we do not think a treatment will achieve what you want. No outcome is guaranteed.

Refunds

Unused sessions within a prepaid course are refundable, less the cost of sessions taken at the single-session rate. Completed treatments are not refundable, as the service has been delivered.
