A dual-wavelength platform does both in one session. Nd:YAG at 1064nm heats the dermis to stimulate collagen; Er:YAG at 2940nm removes a controlled fraction of the surface. Delivered together, they address laxity and texture in the same forty-five minutes.
The cost is forty-eight hours of social downtime — real, but a fraction of full ablative resurfacing. Three to four sessions four weeks apart, with the result still improving at three months.
