How we collect, store and protect your personal and medical information.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you enquire or attend: your name, contact details, and the medical history relevant to your treatment. Where you consent, we also hold clinical photography and diagnostic imaging.
How we use it
Your information is used to provide your care, to contact you about your appointments, and to maintain the clinical record we are required to keep. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Clinical records are retained for the period required by Indian medical record-keeping obligations. Marketing consent is held until you withdraw it, which you may do at any time by replying to any message from us.
Your rights
You may request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything not required for clinical or legal reasons. Write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
Website analytics
Our own analytics are cookie-free: visitors are identified by a salted hash that rotates daily and cannot be used to recognise anyone across days. Where third-party analytics are enabled, they honour Do Not Track.
